Can sessions be online or in person?
Both formats are available. The most suitable format can be discussed when arranging your session.
Which languages are available?
Counseling may be offered in Arabic, French, or English. The website interface is available in English and French.
How long is a session?
Individual and child or adolescent sessions last 50 minutes, couple sessions 75 minutes, and family sessions 90 minutes. Final suitability is confirmed with Nada.
How much does counseling cost?
Contact Nada directly for current pricing. No invented or fixed price is displayed online.
How is payment arranged?
There is no advance online payment. Pricing and payment arrangements are discussed separately with Nada.
Do I need an account to book?
No client account is required. Booking is available as a guest using required contact details.
Will I receive booking confirmation?

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Use the secure guest-management link to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session.
Is counseling confidential?
The counseling setting is intended to be private and respectful. Nada can explain the practical boundaries of confidentiality before support begins.
Can I book for a child or adolescent?
Yes. Guardian information and consent are required for a child booking, and suitability is confirmed with Nada.
Why is guardian consent required?
It supports clear communication and responsible arrangements when counseling involves a minor.
What happens in a first session?
The first session offers time to describe what brings you, ask questions, and discuss goals and a suitable way forward without pressure.
Does counseling replace emergency or medical care?
No. NADA Safe Space is not an emergency service and psychosocial counseling does not replace appropriate medical or crisis care.
