This page explains how contact and booking information is handled.
Information used
Guest booking requires a name, email address, and WhatsApp number. Guardian information and consent are also required for bookings involving minors.
Purpose
Contact details are used for booking communication, email reminders, and optional WhatsApp reminders only when consent is provided.
Retention
Booking data is retained for 12 months and then anonymized according to the retention policy. Guest-management tokens are removed during anonymization.
Sensitive records
The booking platform is not designed to store clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment records, or payment-card information.
Guest access security
Secure, expiring guest links support appointment cancellation and rescheduling without requiring a client account.
